Caffe Culture Exhibition 2008

We will be exhibiting at Caffe Culture, Olympia, London 21st & 22nd May 2008 and we look forward to welcoming you onto stand C30 with Caffe Society .

This year will see Brasilia cause quite a stir, following on from its world debut at Host in Milan, Caffe Culture will see the UK preview of Brasilia’s new state of the art brewing system “Sublima” and the new “Ciao” bean to cup machine.

Brasilia’s new frontier in brewing technology is the only system to produce an espresso at 14 bars of pressure resulting in an excellent extraction performance thanks to its “Pressureplus Brewing Cycle”. In addition, Sublima also features Brasilia’s “Tempdrive Temperature Balancing System” which gives full digital temperature control over individual group heads providing high thermal stability (only ± 0.5 C). A ground breaking system not to be missed.

In addition to Sublima will be Brasilia’s next generation of bean to cup machine the Ciao. This mid range, mid priced machine will certainly get your interest, filling a gap in the market that so far that has been fairly untapped. Featuring the Rossi RSSG40© automatic Ryton brewing group, Rossi professional grinders and Brasilia’s Innovative “Total Cappuccino system” all ensures consistency and quality time after time.

Also on display will be Brasilia’s recently launched Bonilla bean to cup and Roma Bolero 2 group pod machine from Hotelympia and of course not to be forgotten, the current broad range of espresso machines, from the world renowned work horse the Gradisca to the stunning and eye catching 50’s retro styled stunner, the Excelsior.
